Halcyon Home is hiring a Home Health LVN Full Time to support our growing geriatric home health population in Buda, TX and surrounding areas. We offer competitive pay and wonderful team support.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of vocational/practical nursing.
• Licensure: Active, state license as a licensed vocational/practical nurse, or a multi-state license issued by a Nurse Licensure
• Experience: One year of experience as a licensed vocational/practical nurse in a clinical care setting required.
• Home health experience, preferred
• Homecare Homebase platform experience is a PLUS!
• Skills: Nursing skills as defined as generally accepted standards of practice. Good interpersonal skills. Proof of current CPR certification.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance.
