Territory Sales Executive - Gandhinagar

We’re looking for a Territory Sales Executive to promote Haleon leading brands, build relationships with retailers and distributors, and ensure the delivery of our organisational business plan within a specific geography.

Requirements

• Executing sales plans to achieve defined secondary sales targets in Rural Markets
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Providing guidance, support, and training to sales team members
• Creating and maintaining adherence to PJPs
• Ensure adequate service levels to sub stockists customers and build business in existing and new outlets
• Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, and providing regular reports on sales activity and performance
• Collect and report market intelligence on competitor activities
• Collaborating with other teams and departments
• Address customer complaints through timely action
