Sales Trainee - B2B Software (m/w/d)

We're looking for a Sales Trainee to qualify leads, conduct outbound prospecting, and learn professional sales. You'll work closely with the sales and marketing teams, and have a clear role with a development perspective.

Requirements

• Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, the website, and events.
• Conduct active outbound prospecting on LinkedIn, email, and phone.
• Identify relevant contacts and the specific need.
• Hold initial conversations and qualification calls.
• Maintain leads and document all activities carefully in the CRM system.
• Work closely and in sync with the sales and marketing teams.
• Bring initial experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or the software field; motivated crossover entrants with strong interest are welcome.
• Excellent communication skills and a structured, meticulous way of working.
• Strong interest in software, IT, or digital products.
• Very good German skills and good English skills.
• Motivated to learn and ready to take responsibility.
