Job Description
Hall's Culligan Water is hiring an HR Generalist to support their Southern California locations, providing HR-related support and services to employees and managers across the organization.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of HR experience (generalist or related support role preferred)
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Benefits
- Hourly rate of $24.00-33.00, commensurate with experience
