Job Description
The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining the operational integrity of the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring the reliability and smooth functioning of internal networks, servers, and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will specialize in system health, performance monitoring, security, and routine maintenance while leveraging automation to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Solid experience in systems administration
- Proficient understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, SD-WAN)
- Experience administering Active Directory, Group Policy, Entra ID, and identity/access management concepts (SSO, MFA)
- Experience with system monitoring tools, backup software, and patch management
- Adept at managing and configuring server hardware and software
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work methodically in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills, with capacity to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills, capable of effectively articulating technical guidance and instructions to team members and other departments
