Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, life sciences, or related field
- 12+ years of experience in Operational Excellence
- Extensive knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma, and other Operational Excellence tools
- Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
- Experience in Medical Device and Pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office
