Job Description
Join a passionate team dedicated to developing and manufacturing life-saving biopharmaceuticals. As an Operational Excellence Lead, you will support the design and execution of site-level and cross-functional improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or other equivalent related field
- 5 years minimum proven track record of hands-on process improvements across biomanufacturing site functions such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and/or Quality
- Formal Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt required)
- Knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools
- Effective communication and facilitation skills for engaging and working with stakeholders at all levels
