Boneless Meat Cutter

We are looking for a Boneless Meat Cutter to join our team at Halperns' Steak & Seafood in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning, cutting, portioning, and merchandising all boneless meat products.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Ability to accurately portion boneless cuts of meat
• Ability to problem-solve in terms of trimming and product substitutions
