Job Description
Halperns Steak & Seafood is looking for a Meat Cutter Boneless to join their team in Arlington, Texas. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of production equipment, ability to portion boneless cuts of meat accurately and timely, and strong problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of production equipment
- Ability to portion all boneless cuts of meat in an accurate and timely manner
- Ability to problem solve in terms of trimming and product substitutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Effective communication skills in English
