Requirements

• Working knowledge of production equipment
• Ability to trim various cuts of meats in an accurate and timely manner
• Follows company’s Quality Control procedures and meet customer specifications
• Must be a team player and work in a fast paced, high pressure, challenging environment
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, in English
