Requirements

• Must have working knowledge of production equipment.
• Demonstrate ability to trim various cuts of meats in an accurate and timely manner.
• Follows company's Quality Control procedures and meet customer specifications.
• Must be a team player and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, challenging environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, in English.
