Case Manager- Emergency Housing Voucher

Hamilton Families is a non-profit organization that aims to end family homelessness in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Case Manager - Emergency Housing Voucher (EHV) will provide wrap-around case management services to tenants in achieving long-term housing stability and improved well-being.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with extremely low-income families, youth, survivors of domestic violence, populations impacted by substance abuse, mental illness, HIV/AIDS and other diverse communities
• Knowledge of community resources for families with very low incomes in the Bay Area
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Proficiency with documenting tenant services in multiple online databases
