Job Description
A leading aerospace organization is seeking a Senior or Staff Test Engineer to lead testing efforts for advanced air-launched flight vehicles. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in vehicle integration and test, and will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams and program leadership to execute comprehensive test strategies.
Requirements
- Collaborate with systems engineering, test engineers, and program leadership to define and execute vehicle integration and test activities
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a comprehensive test objectives database
- Ensure testing aligns with and verifies system and vehicle requirements
- Participate in test planning, Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), execution, troubleshooting, and post-test data analysis
- Develop and optimize data review methodologies, tools, and analysis processes
- Understand subsystem interactions and dependencies across the vehicle
- Establish and enforce standards for test planning and documentation
- Demonstrate accountability, integrity, and strong follow-through
