Payload Integration & Test Engineer

Hansell Tierney is partnering with an aerospace engineering organization to find a Payload Integration & Test Engineer. The ideal candidate will have experience in vehicle payload integration and testing, and will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary engineering team and program management.

Requirements

• Collaborate with systems engineering, test engineers, and program leadership to define and implement vehicle integration and test activities
• Develop and execute hardware-in-the-loop and on-vehicle test procedures
• Maintain an up-to-date test objective database with input from multi-disciplinary teams
• Ensure vehicle testing meets all requirements
• Participate in test planning, Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), test execution, troubleshooting, and post-test data reviews
• Architect and optimize data review methodology and tools
• Understand dependencies between subsystems
• Set and maintain standards for test planning and documentation
• Demonstrate accountability, integrity, and follow-through
