Senior Lead Engineer

We are assisting our confidential client with the search for a highly skilled I&C Non-Safety Senior Lead Engineer to lead the design, development, and integration of non-safety control systems.

Requirements

• Lead and oversee the design and integration of non-safety I&C systems from requirements through final design.
• Provide direction and mentoring for designers developing P&IDs, architecture drawings, control logic, and installation packages.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and budgeting activities (Primavera P6 L2-L4).
• Contribute to implementation of integrated control systems, including human-system interfaces and controllers.
• Coordinate with geographically diverse teams, subcontractors, and partners.
• Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and applicable regulations.
• Provide technical oversight for suppliers and support design reviews and deliverables.
• Collaborate across engineering disciplines to resolve technical challenges and align project execution.
• Support licensing activities and documentation, including safety analysis reports.
