Job Description
A nuclear technology company is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to design ASME Section III Class HB and Section VIII vessels. This role focuses on pressure vessel design, code compliance, and regulatory deliverables.
Requirements
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline from an accredited university
- Minimum 6 years equipment/component design experience for mid-level or 10+ years for senior-level positions
- Experience in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA)
- Demonstrated expertise with finite element analysis and ANSYS or equivalent tools
