Senior Component Design Engineer

Senior Component Design Engineer to lead advanced reactor component design, manage complex mechanical systems development, and supplier oversight. Emphasis on ASME Section III compliance, advanced analysis methods, and design rigor.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years equipment/component design experience
• Working experience with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section III
• Experience writing design specifications and engineering design reports
• Experience in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA)
• Demonstrated expertise with finite element stress analysis and ANSYS or equivalent tools
