Growth Manager to own funnel performance, CRO, and commercial alignment between paid acquisition and on-site experience for a fast-growing natural health company.
Requirements
- Lead three critical outcome areas: Conversion & Commercial Execution, Funnel & Page Development System, and Product Launches & Special Campaigns.
- Have experience leading the creation and optimization of acquisition funnels in a direct-to-consumer environment.
- Understand the full funnel from ad click to checkout and diagnose where performance breaks down.
- Be fluent in funnel metrics: CVR, AOV, RPV, CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
- Have overseen structured A/B testing programs and can distinguish statistical significance from noise.
- Work with Shopify, modern landing page builders, and analytics platforms.
- Set direction and drive execution through your team.
- Work closely with paid media teams and understand how creative strategy, audience targeting, and funnel experience connect.
