Growth Manager / CRO & Funnel Lead needed for a fast-growing natural health company. Lead funnel performance, CRO, and commercial alignment between paid acquisition and on-site experience.
Requirements
- Experience leading the creation and optimization of acquisition funnels in a direct-to-consumer environment
- Fluency in funnel metrics: CVR, AOV, RPV, CAC, ROAS, and LTV
- Overseen structured A/B testing programs and can distinguish statistical significance from noise
- Experience working with Shopify, modern landing page builders, and analytics platforms
- Leadership skills, with ability to brief a developer, copywriter, and designer with precision
- Ability to work closely with paid media teams and understand how creative strategy, audience targeting, and funnel experience connect
