Job Description
Harbinger is seeking a Team Lead for their Battery Team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a relevant field, proven leadership skills, and expertise in battery zones. They will be responsible for guiding a team, allocating resources, and ensuring zonal objectives are met.
Requirements
- High school diploma or higher
- 2+ years of experience in a relevant field (Battery/EV preferred)
- Proven leadership or prior team lead/supervisory experience (preferably 1+ years)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Record of repeated strong performance and positive peer feedback
- Strong Expertise in 2 or more Battery zones
