General Assembly Team Lead

Harbinger is seeking a Team Lead for their General Assembly team. The successful candidate will lead a team towards achieving operational goals, foster a collaborative and high-performing environment, and provide support to team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or higher
• 2+ years of experience in a relevant field (General Assembly/EV preferred)
• Proven leadership or prior team lead/supervisory experience (preferably 1+ years)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Record of repeated strong performance and positive peer feedback
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Benefits
