Job Description
Harbinger is seeking a Production Supervisor for the General Assembly Chassis Production Line. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality, and leading a team of production workers. The supervisor will be responsible for both the chassis production line and the company's chassis assembly and testing processes, working towards a highly efficient and productive assembly line.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical certification or vocational training in mechanical or automotive assembly
- 5+ years of production/manufacturing experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Experience in manufacturing or a related field
- Proficiency in reading technical specifications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
