Harbinger Motors is seeking a talented Technical Recruiter to help scale our engineering and manufacturing teams. As a recruiter, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process, leveraging creative sourcing strategies to attract and close the elite technical talent critical to our mission.
Requirements
- 3+ years driving full-life-cycle recruitment, with a heavy emphasis on technical and engineering roles.
- Proactive Sourcing: Demonstrated success in identifying passive talent, nurturing long-term relationships, and accelerating the hiring cycle.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency navigating modern applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) and utilizing advanced digital sourcing platforms.
- Time Management: Highly organized with the capacity to juggle multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously without sacrificing candidate quality or process speed.
- Closing Expertise: Advanced negotiation skills with a history of successfully landing highly sought-after technical talent in competitive markets.
- Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
