Job Description
Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer, the Primary Care Physician (Med/Peds) provides comprehensive, patient-centered primary and preventive care to patients across the lifespan as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Requirements
- Provide comprehensive primary care including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions
- Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic and therapeutic tests
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients and care teams
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) in accordance with organizational standards
