Harbor Group Management Company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to ensure the efficient operation of the property under the Property Manager's direction. Responsibilities include resident retention and relations, rent collection, and leasing.
Requirements
- At least two years in property management or related industry
- Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Developed leadership and communication skills
- Experience with rent collections, posting to G/L, completing daily deposits, calculating SODAs, etc.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
