We are looking for a passionate and goal-oriented Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of our community's exterior areas, amenities, and common spaces.

Requirements

• Inspect and clean the property daily
• Remove trash and remaining items from vacant units
• Support basic maintenance operations
• Maintain and inventory all landscaping tools, groundskeeping equipment, and supplies
