Leasing Specialist

The Leasing Specialist is responsible for driving occupancy and resident satisfaction in a multi-family community. This role includes showing and leasing apartments to prospective residents, coordinating marketing initiatives, and supporting the Property Manager in daily operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Property management software experience is a must
• Experience utilizing social media is preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
