Leasing Specialist

The Leasing Specialist is responsible for driving occupancy and resident satisfaction in a multi-family community by showing and leasing apartments, coordinating marketing initiatives, and assisting in resident retention efforts.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Property Management software experience is a must
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license required
