Property Manager

We are looking for a passionate, goal-oriented, creative individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and great communication skills to oversee the operational, financial, and administrative aspects of an assigned residential property.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Market rate experience required
• Minimum of three years of experience in multifamily property management
• At least two years of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Property Management software experience
• Knowledge of real estate contracts, financial management, and operational compliance
• Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
