Job Description
Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Property Transitions Assistant to support operational, financial, and administrative activities related to property onboarding and offboarding. The successful candidate will ensure smooth transitions by coordinating due diligence, preparing documentation, and partnering with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in property management, real estate operations, data analysis, or project coordination
- Experience supporting property acquisitions, dispositions, or transitions is highly preferred
