Sr. Procurement Director

The Sr. Procurement Director will own Harbor Health's end-to-end procurement workflow and operations, with accountability for intake, triage, vendor selection support, and procurement-to-contract execution. This leader will drive process improvement and tooling, including leading or co-leading implementation of Ironclad as Harbor Health's contract lifecycle management platform with an emphasis on procurement workflow capabilities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, procurement operations, or vendor management
• Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end procurement intake and workflow execution
• Strong project management skills
• Proven ability to design and improve processes
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
