Sr Director, Procurement

LendingClub is seeking a Sr Director of Procurement to lead the enterprise procurement function, driving strategic transformation across vendor onboarding, contracting, and third-party engagement. The role will own the end-to-end implementation of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform and modernize procurement processes to improve efficiency, compliance, scalability, and stakeholder experience.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management, including senior leadership roles
• Experience leading procurement or vendor-related transformations at scale
• Experience leading enterprise technology implementations, including CLM preferred
• Strong people leadership experience with a track record of building and developing teams
• Experience partnering closely with Legal, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams
• Background in financial services, fintech, or other highly regulated environments
• Strong change management and process design experience
• Strategic mindset with executive presence
• Data-driven approach with experience defining and managing KPIs
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
