Job Description
Assists with preparing menus, inventory control, and maintains a clean or organized safe kitchen environment. Prepares food in accordance with nutritional guidelines, regulations, and residents' individual prescribed diets and food preferences.
Requirements
- High school education
- Experience in cooking for large groups a plus
- Certified in food-preparation training preferred
- Knowledge of state food-handling and kitchen regulations
- Knowledge of OSHA Standards and fire and safety procedures
