Job Description
Assists with preparing menus, inventory control, and maintaining a clean kitchen environment. Prepares food in an appetizing and appealing manner. This is a full-time position.
Requirements
- Must have a high school education
- Experience in cooking for large groups a plus
- Certified in food-preparation training preferred
- Knowledge of state food-handling and kitchen regulations
- Knowledge of OSHA Standards and fire and safety procedures
