Job Description
Harbour Energy is looking for a Mobility Specialist to relocate employees and their families from one country to another as part of their employment. The role involves setting up and overseeing transfers, meeting immigration requirements, organizing visas, and ensuring new compensation packages are commensurate with existing packages.
Requirements
- Business Administration degree, Human resources or relevant area
- Proficient in English (written & spoken)
- Proficient in Spanish (written & spoken)
- More than 10 years of progressive HR experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Global Mobility roles
- Knowledge of Global Mobility
- Organisational Skills
