Job Description
HarbourVest is seeking a Senior Associate to lead and evolve third-party vendor partnerships, focusing on Acuity Analytics. The ideal candidate has experience in private markets, portfolio analytics, and due diligence processes, with proficiency in reviewing financial documents and knowledge of critical performance indicators.
Requirements
- Proficiency in reviewing financial documents including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow reports, and investment schedules, with preference for experience in private equity or alternative investment contexts.
- Background in private markets, portfolio analytics, or due diligence processes
- Knowledge of critical performance indicators, data governance concepts, and data quality control frameworks
- Experience partnering with quantitative or data-driven teams in fluid or developing settings
- Experience assisting operational improvement or transformation initiatives
- Experience working with platforms like SharePoint, eFront, S&P Capital IQ, Pitchbook, or comparable systems
- Experience with data governance or frameworks aiding quality oversight
- Familiarity with workflow automation platforms (i.e. Power Automate)
