As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for creating, scaling, and managing all online and offline community initiatives, events, and content for Hardal, an all-in-one server-side and first-party measurement environment platform.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and scaling communities from the ground up
- Strong content creation skills across text, video, and social media
- High-energy personality that energizes others and creates excitement
- Excellent organizational skills for managing events (both virtual and in-person)
- Creative mindset with the ability to experiment and try new engagement tactics
- Strong English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of the martech industry is a strong plus
