Job Description
Harder Mechanical is seeking an Architectural Estimator to work with the Commercial Buildings Division. The successful candidate will review mechanical drawings, perform quantity take-offs, and prepare accurate estimates for the operations team. This is an office position that requires a detail-oriented person with experience in estimating and take-off processes.
Requirements
- Familiarity with estimating process and systems
- Extreme attention to detail
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks on an ongoing basis
- Relentless commitment to teamwork and client satisfaction
- Basic computer competency, including Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
