Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager who can lead a team of banking professionals, drive client acquisition, and develop local business development and marketing strategies. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on relational sales and customer service, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in banking or financial services.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or financial services.
- Proven success in retail banking, with a strong focus on relational sales and customer service.
- A minimum of 2 years in a managerial role with external sales responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong knowledge of consumer and small business banking products.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
