Job Description
The Legal Operations Lead will have responsibility in the following primary areas: legal technology and systems, process improvement, knowledge and matter management systems, vendor and financial management, and metrics and reporting for the Legal Department.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with legal billing and legal case management software
- Experience leading RFPs, negotiating fee arrangements, and monitoring vendor performance
- Expertise with defining and tracking key performance indications (KPIs) for legal operations
