Test Engineer - Systems Test (Phoenix)

We are currently looking for a Test Engineer for the Systems Test Lab at Harley-Davidson's Arizona Proving Ground (APG) location. The person filling this role will be responsible for collaborating, coordinating, and managing tests between the Systems Test personnel and various product development groups requesting the evaluations.

Requirements

• Setup and configuration of motorcycles for regulatory and development testing in support of executing technically meaningful tests
• Support lab compliance to ISO17025 accreditation
• Refine and develop test methods to improve and reduce product development time and improve lab efficiency
• Review test data for validity and accuracy
• Collaborate with engineers, mechanics and riders, as needed to ensure the best results for the product
• Deliver test and lab goals while demonstrating Fairness and Honesty in all interactions with a Positive attitude and while finding Creative solutions in their work.
• Be a technical resource for technical specialists and contract technicians/mechanics.
• Ability to learn and quickly familiarize with automated test equipment. Comfortable working with software driven test equipment and related programming skills.
