Job Description
Finance performance systems manager at HARMAN Automotive, responsible for architecting and maintaining the organization's performance infrastructure, driving scalability and adoption of PPM platform, and ensuring data integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years working with PPM tools as Project, Program or PMO Manager
- Strong understanding of PMO processes and portfolio governance.
- Experience with enterprise tool rollouts and change management.
- Experience with configuration, workflow administration, and tool support.
- Proficiency in reporting (Power BI, Tableau, or native PPM analytics).
