Agile Project Manager

Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC is seeking an Agile Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery, scope, schedule, quality, and team performance. The Agile PM will serve as the primary interface to government leadership while orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver against contractual commitments.

Requirements

• Act as the primary interface with the Government Technical Representative.
• Own contract execution and technical delivery performance.
• Drive Agile execution across one or more Scrum teams (planning, sprint execution, delivery tracking).
• Proactively manage scope, risks, dependencies, and issue escalation.
• Ensure backlog alignment with mission priorities and contractual objectives.
• Maintain delivery artifacts, schedules, and performance metrics.
• Provide clear, data-driven reporting (status, KPIs, earned value).
• Lead stakeholder communication and decision-making forums.
• Improve delivery processes and contribute to growth initiatives.
• Coach and hold team members accountable for performance and outcomes.
