Harmonic is a startup discovery engine looking for an Account Manager to manage customer relationships, drive success, and relay customer needs to the product team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or adjacent fields
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in managing customer relationships, ideally in SaaS or data companies
• Resourceful and roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing sales environments
• Excellent communication skills
• Technical acumen and ability to learn software products quickly
