Job Description
Harness is seeking a hands-on GTM Systems Manager to help build, optimize, and scale our go-to-market (GTM) systems as we continue our rapid global growth.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Business Systems, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations.
- Advanced expertise in the GTM application ecosystem (Salesforce, Outreach, Clari, People.ai, Zoominfo, Partner ecosystem, etc.).
- Experience with system integrations, data workflows, and APIs.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Technically adept in the application of AI tools to streamline GTM processes and maintain a cutting-edge systems environment.
- SQL and data analysis experience is a plus.
- Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced SaaS environment.
