Job Description
Harness is seeking a People Operations Generalist to join their Global People Operations team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, naturally curious, and highly collaborative, with a strong knowledge of US federal, state, and local employment laws and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 3+ years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of US federal, state, and local employment laws and industry best practices
- Experience supporting a global workforce and a basic understanding of global employment law
- Hands-on experience maintaining an HRIS system, including data entry, access management, reporting, and managing workflows
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with a desire to work in a collaborative environment
