Staff Product Manager - CCM

Harness is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Product Manager - CCM to lead the development and enhancement of our technical products and solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and stakeholder input
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure feasibility
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Partner with UX/UI teams to deliver user-centered designs and experiences
• Write clear and detailed product requirements documents (PRDs)
• Manage the product backlog, ensuring features are prioritized based on business value and technical feasibility
• Oversee the development lifecycle, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Define success metrics and KPIs for product performance
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform iterative improvements
• Prepare and deliver regular updates to stakeholders on product progress and performance
• Understand the technical architecture and infrastructure of the product
• Provide technical guidance and input to ensure optimal design and scalability
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
