Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or project management within waterworks, distribution, or related industries
- Knowledge of municipal water systems and project cycles strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and build relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management tools
