Pump Service Technician

PumpMan, a Harrington Company, is a leading provider of pump systems and on-site maintenance and repair services for customers in the commercial, industrial, and municipal market sectors. We are looking for a Senior Pump Service Technician to join our team, responsible for troubleshooting and repairing pumps, electric motors, valves, and related mechanical equipment, as well as performing planned maintenance and responding to emergency situations.

Requirements

• Troubleshoot and repair all types of centrifugal pumps
• Inspect, modify, maintain, repair, and install pumps, electric motors, valves, and related mechanical equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair pressure reducing valves associated with domestic water booster systems
• Troubleshoot and repair sewage ejector pumps, pump controls and systems
• Troubleshoot and repair common electrical issues such as three-phase and single-phase electrical system
• Troubleshoot, program, and modify existing programming on variable frequency drives
• Perform planned maintenance, inspect pump systems and related equipment, and make recommendations for repairs, replacements, or calibrations
• Maintain truck tools, safety equipment, instruments, and materials
• Operate a variety of equipment and hand and power tools
• Assist with supervising and managing workflow and project timeline for crews on projects
