Salesforce Enterprise Product Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Salesforce Enterprise Product Manager to define and execute the strategic roadmap for platforms that enable Distribution, Legal & Compliance, Finance, and Human Resources. This role requires a deep understanding of asset management workflows, strong product leadership, and the ability to drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Finance, or a related discipline
• 3-7 years of combined experience in Product Management within Asset Management
• Strong domain knowledge in Distribution
• Proven experience managing enterprise vendor platforms such as Salesforce & Seismic
• Expertise with Agile tools such as JIRA, Azure Boards, or similar
• Proficiency in data / quantitative analytics, business intelligence platforms, and general programming capabilities
• Experience with data modelling & building solutions across cloud native landscape
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build consensus across diverse teams
